• Enquiries and quotations: your name, phone number, and anything else you choose to add (email, company, location, the items and quantities you need, your message).
• Signing in: if you sign in with Google or by email, we receive your name and email address (and your Google profile picture, if you have one). We never see your Google password.
• Using the site: simple counts of pages viewed and buttons used (for example “added to enquiry” or “tapped WhatsApp”), tied to a random number that is forgotten when you close the browser. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Spam protection: to stop abuse, the site briefly uses your IP address to limit how many requests come from one place.

Only to run the shop: to reply to your enquiry with prices and availability, prepare quotations, follow up on orders you asked about, let you see your past enquiries when signed in, and understand which products people look for so we can stock them. We don’t sell your information and don’t send marketing messages you didn’t ask for.

Our staff see your enquiry so they can answer it. We also use a few service providers who process it on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

• Supabase, which stores the website’s data and handles sign-in.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Formspree, which emails the shop a copy of each new enquiry.
• Anthropic, whose AI helps sort enquiries and answer product questions typed into the site’s search.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.

We share information with anyone else only if the law requires it. Some of these providers may store data outside India.

We keep enquiries and quotations for as long as they are useful for serving you and for our business and tax records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to close your account, by emailing mayurmy2000@gmail.com or visiting the shop. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you signed in with Google, you can also remove the site’s access from your Google Account settings at any time.

Data is sent over an encrypted connection (https). Only our staff, and you when signed in, can see your enquiries. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
